Daughter of John and Margaret (Jones) Kelly. Married Edward Kelly on April 1, 1877 in McLean County, Ill. Birth date calculated from age at death. ___________________________________ Butler County Press (David City, Nebr.), November 20, 1896, p. 5, col. 4 Yesterday morning about 5 o'clock, at her home in Center township, Mrs. Edward Kelly closed her eyes in death. An infant daughter, born the morning before and several other children and a heartbroken husband are left to mourn her sudden and sad death. Mrs. Kelly had the profound respect of the entire community in which she lived. The funeral will occur from St. Francis church in Center township at 10 o'clock a.m., Saturday.
