Son of Joseph & Josephine (Czapla) Micek. Was not married. US Army - WW I - SFC - Base Hospital #49 -Served in France. Was the President of the Mutual Protective Insurance company, Omaha, and a director of the Physicians Health and Casualty company. He was also a past director and officer of the World Insurance company.
