Bio
Martin Divin was born on Oct. 30, 1840. At that time in history, his place of birth would have been the Royaume de Boheme Subdivision de l'Empire od'Autriche (Austira). He married Katrina (maiden name unknown) in 1866. According to the 1900 US Census for District 0032, Justice of the Peace 02, Fayette County, Texas, the family arrived in America in 1873 and settled in Fayette County, Texas. At that time, they would have at least had 2 daughters, Rosa (born Dec. 1866) and Mary (born Dec 1872). According to the Census Report for 1900, 4 of their 7 children were still living.
