Bio

He joined the U.S. Navy in 1942 and served aboard the USS William Ward Burrows and the USS Barnwell during World War II in the Asiatic-Pacific Area Campaign. In 1945, he was honorably discharged in Bremerton. In August 1948, he married Rhea Weaver of Silverdale and joined her in raising her two little girls,
