Robert Adrian Geisler, 81, of Waco, passed away Monday, May 21, 2012. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 24, at OakCrest Funeral Home, with Msgr. Mark Deering officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday at OakCrest Funeral Home. Bob was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, to the late Bert and Lillian (Baldwin) Geisler. The family later moved to Waco where he graduated from Waco High School in 1948. He married Marcella Ann Gerik in Abbott on November 9, 1963. He owned and operated Geisler Plumbing for 60 years. He was a longtime member of St. Louis Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his wife; and brothers, Kenneth Geisler, of Waco and Walter Geisler, of Tyler. He is survived by his sisters-in-law, Gerrie Geisler, of Waco, Shirley Geisler, of Tyler, Mary Trice and Margie Goldberg, both of Waco, Edith Cernosek and Lucille Lednicky, of West, Betty Stanislav, of Plano, Nancy Stenseth, of North Dakota; brothers-in-law, Edwin Gerik, of Whitney and Jerry Gerik, of Aquilla; many nieces and nephews; and his caregiver, Angelica Martinez and her husband, Flavio, and their family.
