FAYETTEVILLE SECTION On Thursday, December 30, at 12 a.m., Jacob Zaskoda breathed his last at the home of his son Ad. Zaskoda of Industry, at whose home he resided for the last three years. He was born June 25, 1846, at Chotabudice, Moravia, and reached the age of 85 years, 6 months and 5 days. Funeral services were conducted at the Catholic church at 11 a.m. Friday, January 1, with Rev. Jos. Klobouk officiating, interment in the Catholic Cemetery Mr. Zaskoda was a kind and loving father, and his friends were numbered by acquaintances. He leaves to mourn his departure his seven children and a number of grandchildren. His remains were laid to rest beside his wife and two children who preceded him in death a number of years ago.
