Bio

Possibly died in King County, Washington. Possible relation to Peha family. Mrs. Franco was considered for many years to be one of the matriarchs of Atlanta's Sephardic community. She was originally from the Isle of Rhodes and was the widow of David Franco. She had six sons and two daughters. She was considered especially knowledgeable about the rituals of Sephardic Judaism. She resided in Atlanta for 32 years. Her sons were Morris, Isaac, Sam, Joe, Victor (who predeceased her) and Jack and her daughters were Sara Page and Susie Beton.
