E. Harold Sims Cheney Graveside service for E. Harold Sims, 75, will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at Pullman City Cemetery. Mr. Sims, a Cheney and long-time Pullman resident, died Thursday. He was born in Moscow, attended school at Rose Creek and Banner and graduated from Pullman High School. Mr. Sims owned Sims Glass Company in Pullman until his retirement in December 1982. He was a member of the Elks Club and the Jaycees. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife, Janita Sims; five children, Janet Lovett of Pasadena, Calif., Jackie Keller, David Morrison, Jim Morrison Jr., and Mid Morrison, all of Colton, Wash.; a sister, Letha Ledeman of Enumclaw, Wash.; ten grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
