Bio
Sandy graduated from Eastern Hills High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, A.J. and Beulah Faye (Townsend) White. Survivors include her sisters, Linda Curtis and and Brenda Beaver, her husband, Rich Vandiver, her daughter, Jennifer Hart, two grandchildren, her step-children, Amanda DeRousse and Valerie, and four step-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at Shannon Rose Hill Funeral Chapel. Interment was in Shannon Rose Hill Memorial Park.
