Bio

CIVIL WAR - E. 46 Missouri Infantry Solomon Burkhart was the son of George W. and Jane Caroline Teague and his brothers and sisters were Frederick, Margarete, Cynthia Ann, Nancy, William Taylor, George, and Wiley Burkhart. He married Caroline Graham on May 17, 1866 in Newton Co. Missouri. Solomon raised his grandson, Clair Williams for a few years after Clairs father, Edd was killed in a horse and buggy accident in 1902.
