Mrs. J. R. Rittenberry Dies Today At Hospital Mrs. Mattie Rittenberry, 59, died this morning at 2:45 o'clock at Jennie Stuart Hospital following an illness of three weeks. Mrs. Rittenberry was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church. She was survived by her husband, J.R. Rittenberry; six daughters, Mrs. Kay Stratton of the city, Mrs. Myrtle Schieber of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs Arleen Wright of [unreadable], Mrs. Beatrice King of Seattle, Wash., Mrs. Hazel H[unreadable], and Mrs. Walter Chambers of the city; three sons, Henry Rittenberry of the city, Robert Rittenberry of Houston, Tex., and Cpl. William P. Rittenberry of the United States Army, 19 grandchildren; five sisters, one brother and several nieces and nephews. The funeral services will be conducted at the Keightley Funeral Home, where the body is now at rest.
