PHYLLIS JOAN SICKLER LOWELL, INDIANA Phyllis Joan Sickler, 82, of Lowell, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012. Survived by children: Greg (Janet) of Morocco, Debra (Allen) Sypulski of Lowell; grandchildren: Nathaniel (Jessica) and Matthew Sickler, Christopher and Lauren Sypulski, Kimberly (Adam) Stiener; great grandchild, Brenton Cook; siblings: Carolyn Sutton of Arkansas, Marvin Girtz of Monticello. Preceded in death by husband, Ross; infant brother, Francis Girtz; parents, Frank and Ellen Girtz. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 4:00-9:00, with Funeral Services Friday at 10:00 AM, all at Sheets Funeral Home, 604 E. Commercial Ave, Lowell, Pastor Bill Dunfee officiating. Burial following in Lowell Memorial Cemetery. Phyllis was a member of Lowell First United Methodist Church. She worked for many years in White County as Manager of the License Bureau and Democratic Vice Chairman and later for Tri Creek Lumber in Lowell. The family requests no flowers.
