Buried June 02, 2004. Obituary, below, submitted by FAG volunteer BassetLover, #47995875. CARLYN ONDRUSEK passed away May 30, 2004 in Dallas, Texas. She was born October 7, 1923 in Dallas, Texas to Karol and Sophie Olsowski. Preceded in death by her husband, Willie J. Ondrusek in 1984. Survived by daughter, Barbara Wolfe and husband, Jack; son, Joe Ondrusek and wife, Timpy; grandchildren, Carl Ondrusek and wife, Stephanie, Amber Ferry and husband, Randy, Bryan Wolfe and wife, Molly, Betsy Wolfe and Bridget Wolfe. Carlyn was a lifelong member of S.P.J.S.T. Lodge #84, where she served as treasurer for over 40 years. She was also active in St. Thomas Our Lady's Altar Society, The Catholic Daughters of America, St. Bernard's Leisure Club, DFW Grocers Association Lady's Auxiliary, the Dallas Federation of Women's Clubs and the Circle of Czech Women. A rosary will be prayed at 8:00 P.M. Tuesday at Sparkman/Hillcrest Northwest Hwy. Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Rev. Stephen Bierschenk, celebrant. Interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to S.P.J.S.T.
