Bio

Herald Coaster, July 16, 1969: Funeral services for Ludvik Jakubec, 85, of Needville, are scheduled for 9:45 a.m. Thursday in the Triska Funeral Home Chapel in Needville, followed by mass at St. Michael's Catholic Church with the Rev. K.E. Mikulik officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. tonight. Mr. Jakubec, a resident of Needville since 1918, died July 14 at a nursing home in Temple. Survivors include a son, Edward Jakubec of Dallas; two daughters, Mrs. William Grygar of Temple and Mrs. Ludwik Sulak of Red Ranger. ******************************************************************************* Son of Jackob Jakubec and Johanna Kaspar
