Bio

Manvel Lee Williams was the son of Clair and Martha Smith Rutherford Williams. He married Treva Fern Jones on May 23, 1946 in Columbus, Kansas. His half-brother was Perry (Dick) Rutherford and his half-sisters were Estella Brannon Laugher, and Goldie Philpott. His children are Dave, Gary, Charlotte and Kelly.
