Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 20, 2004, and from 8 a.m. until service at 10 a.m. Friday. Interment in Hope Haven Cemetery, Gonzales. Survived by two daughters, Dawn Rountree, Gonzales, and Lindsey Dunlap, Pride; a son and daughter-in-law, Darrin and Trudi Willeford, Prairieville; two sisters, Gail Locke and Ninna Campbell; a brother, Allen Wayne Howe; two grandchildren, Jot and Zoie Willeford; former wife, Edwina Willeford, Prairieville; and a stepsister, Winnfred Gail DuBois. Preceded in death by his father, Harold Willeford; mother, Margie Howe Babin; stepfather, W.W. "Doc" Howe. maternal grandparents, Oscar and Jewel Gray; and two stepbrothers, Byron and Billy Howe.
