Cause of death was Status Epilepticus, died at Parkland Hospital. She was placed in the Abilene State Hospital in Taylor County, Texas by 1950 and was residing in Cockrell Hill, Texas at time of death. Traditional spelling was PEAK. ∼ Her dad Joe Bailey Peak changed the spelling of their last name. It was PEEK. The spelling on her birth certificate is PEEK not Peak.
