WWI registration card: shows date of birth March 22, 1873; age 45 The Town Talk Alexandria, Louisiana 30 Oct 1963, Wed • Page 2 John Howard, 91 (Special to The Town Talk) DERIDDER, La.-John Howard, 91, of DeRidder died at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday in the Beauregard Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11 a. m. Thursday at Drake Park Baptist Church in Cravens. Rev. Dempsey Calhoun will officiate, and burial will be in the church cemetery under the direction of Ardoin Funeral Home of Oakdale. Survivors include three sons, Richard Howard of Leesville, Edmond Howard of Rosepine and Joe Howard of Pitkin five daughters, Mrs. Onie Coker and Miss Sinia Howard, both of Rosepine, Mrs. Meadie Nash of Evans, Mrs. Exie Johnson and Mrs. Viola Bailey, both of Pitkin; 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
