-- from The Eagle, December 16, 2005 Mary Ann Thorpe Sept. 13, 1937 - Dec. 15, 2005 HEARNE - Services for Mary Ann Thorpe, 68, of Hearne are set for 1 p.m. Saturday at Heartfield-Ritter Funeral Home Chapel in Hearne. Burial will be at Norwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to the time of services Saturday at the funeral home. Mrs. Thorpe died Thursday at Hearne Nursing Home. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Clifford Thorpe of Hearne; a son, Clifford Lynn Thorpe of Waco; a daughter, Mary Pauline Thorpe of Franklin; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
