She is shown as female, white, widowed, and a housewife. She was born on 16 Oct 1892 in Missouri. She was a child of George Fulton and Melisssa Winchell. She died on 15 Aug 1978 in St. Joseph Hospital, Paris, Lamar County, Texas from congestive heart failure. The information was given by Geraldine Jarrell WTA. The undertaker was Delta by Wendell J.
