LCAP Sunday 16 Dec 1984 Mrs. Katie Tarver Rosepine - Funeral services for Mrs. Katie Bass Tarver, 88, will be at 2pm today Dec. 16, in Glade Branch Baptist Church in Cravens. The Rev. William Buie will officiate. Burial will be in Drakes Fork Cemetery under direction of Hixson Funeral home of Deridder. Mrs. Tarver died at 6am Saturday in a Denham Springs hospital. She was a native of Cravens and had lived in Rosepine for a number of years. Survivors include three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
