The Edgar Sun (Edgar, NE) Thu., Aug 18, 1955 - page 3 Mrs. Cecelia M. Penner, 62, died at her home in Hastings last Wednesday, following several weeks illness. She was a native of Harvard. She was born in Harvard on August 24, 1892. Three daughters and sox sons, two sisters, Mrs. Frank Bishoff and Miss Mary Sutton of Harvard and a brother, George Sutton of Red Bluff, Calif., survive her.
