Bio

BEDFORD -- Billie L. Bolton, 87, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2012. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Saturday in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Billie, a native of Fort Worth, was born Aug. 29, 1924, to Ted and Hattie York Frazier. She graduated from Northside High School. Much of her life was spent in California, where she worked as a bookkeeper for the Pacific Maritime Association. She was a past worthy matron of the Order of the Eastern Star. Billie was preceded in death by her son, Charles Lee Lipman, and her husband, Russell Bolton. Survivors: Sister, Dorothy Frazier Day; nieces and nephews.
