Bio
Services were held Tuesday in the First United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. for Anna Pearl Costolow, 90. Church pastor Rev. George Price, officiated. Mrs. Costolow died about 11:40 a.m. June 28, following a brief illness in Methodist Hospital, Lubbock. She was born November 3, 1896 in Cherry Hills, Arkansas. She came to Dickens County in 1933. A housewife, she was a member of the Eastern Star, the Blue Bonnet Club and the Methodist Church. She married Marcus H. Costolow on June 7, 1917, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on July 12, 1969. Two sons survive, they include, Roy Maurice Costolow, Dallas and John Joe Costolow; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
