Bio

Birdie Idell Low Cotter was born in Wingate, Runnels County, Texas to Jim and Lena Hancock Low on January 20, 1907, and she passed into heaven on April 28, 2011. Birdie married Clifford Victor Cotter in Big Spring, Texas in 1930, and they lived in Texas, Arkansas, and California before moving to Weatherford in 1946. She was preceeded in death by her infant son Darrell Don in 1934, her husband Clifford Victor Cotter, and by her grandson Clifford Mark Cotter.
