Edward Dale Maddox, 60, of DeRidder, Louisiana passed away Thursday, February 23, 2012 in DeRidder. He is survived by his wife of DeRidder; three sons; three daughters; 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren And two brothers. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son and two brothers. Funeral services were Monday, February 27, 2012 at Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Interment followed at Whitaker Cemetery.
