Bio
Mrs. Lawanda Faye Price died Saturday in Winnsboro at the age of 67 after a lengthy illness. Faye was born October 20, 1934 in Clarieta, Oklahoma, to James Robert and Susie Eldridge Watson. She married Charles H. Price on June 18, 1954. Faye was a member of the First Baptist Church of Winnsboro. She ran a catering business for many years, served as a substitute teacher for several school districts in the area and owned and operated Indian Creek Antiques, but her greatest joy was being a homemaker for her family. She was preceded in death by her father, James Robert Watson, and her daughter, Charlotte Kaye Price. Survivors include, husband, Charles H. Price of Winnsboro; son, Barry Kim Price of Winnsboro; mother, Susie Watson of Greenville and two grandchildren, Noah Rowley Price and Keenan Isaac Price both of Winnsboro. Services are set for 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 14, 2002 at the First Baptist Church of Winnsboro with Rev. Larry Ramsour officiating. Interment will be in Lee Cemetery in Winnsboro.
