same stone with Ida Springstun J.H. Springston, age 19 of Durham, married Miss Ida Clark, age 19 of Durham on August 2, 1882, recorded in Washington County, Arkansas marriage book G, page 234. Obituary reads: John H. Springston was born 72 years ago, son of Linton and Sophronia Young Springston. He died at his home in Durham Sunday, February 3, 1935. Funeral services were held February 4th, with burial in McCord cemetery, Rev. Dave Hood of Elkins officiating. His wife, Mrs. Ida Clark Springston, died about four years ago.
