Bio

Married on 12 March 1925 to Helen Kowalski. Children: Robert, Ida May, Evelyn Louise, Bell Jean, and June Helen. Also survived were his mother, Brother Byron of Natchez, Mississippi,and an uncle Charles Modesitt. He was preceded by his father, James, a brother Bryant, and maternal and paternal grandparents. Notice of death appears in the Grand Island Daily Independent Tuesday, 2 Nov 1937, p. 5 and an obituary appears Wednesday 3 Nov 1937, p. 4.
