From Find A Grave contributor Angie H: Dayton Daily News - April 23, 1916, Pg 11, Col 4 ANOTHER GYPSY BURIED IN DAYTON Another member of the famous Stanley family will be laid to rest in the Stanley lot at Woodland cemetery Monday morning at 10 o'clock, when the body of Maggy Anna Stanley will be interred near the grave of "Sugar" Stanley, one-time prosperous king of the gypsy tribe. The deceased was a sister-in-law to the famous "Sugar," and died last Monday in the camp at Pineview, Ga. Her son, Richard Stanley, of 21 Air street, was informed Saturday night by telegram of the coming of the body, in charge of John and Paul Stanley. Mrs. Stanley was 76 years of age at the time of her death. Funeral services Monday morning will first be held in Riesinger's chapel, and will be conducted by Rev. J. G. Mueller. Beautiful floral tributes will be placed in the grave of the gypsy woman, including some fine Georgia roses which are being brought together with the body.
