Portions from Seattle Times, Wed. Nov. 6, 1968 - Dr. Charles A. Meyer,77, a Seattle physician and surgeon, died yesterday at his home. A native of Colby, Wisconsin, he received a B.S. degree from the U of Wisc. and his Dr. of medicine from Northwestern U. He was a Navy veteran of World War I. He came here in 1922 and interned at Seattle General and Children's Orthopedic Hospitals. Dr. Meyer practiced medicine in Carbonado, Pierce County and Troy Idaho.
