Bio

Services for David Wilkins, 63, of Wolfforth will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Rock of Ages Baptist Church with the Rev. Howard McCann officiating. Burial will be in the City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of White Funeral Home of Lubbock. He died Thursday, Jan. 31, 2002. He was born Nov. 25, 1938, in Commerce and attended school in Lubbock. He married Dorothy Morris in 1960 in Lubbock. He moved to Lubbock from Commerce in 1948. He had worked for Homer Wilson Construction and Southwest Bingo Supplies for 35 years. He served in the Army and was in Germany for three years. He was a Baptist. Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Elizabeth Wilkins, Diana Caddel, Dana Ressler and Jody Wilkins, all of Wolfforth; a sister, Lena Fisbeck of Lubbock; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
