World War II US Navy, S2 The Oklahoman, Sunday, March 17, 1996: Robert "Bob" Bloomer was born Nov 28, 1923 and left us on March 14, 1996 for heaven. Survived by his wife, Minnie Fay; sons, Bill, Rick and Scott; daughter, Kathi Hart; granddaughters, Erin, Caitlyn, Lauren, Kristin, and Jaimie; brother, Clarence Phillips; daughter-in-law, Chris and Leslie; many nieces, nephews and friends. Bob loved his family and adored his granddaughters. "Dad" you were loved by all who knew you. We will always miss you. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Mercy Hospice.
