Bio

Gainesville Register Wednesday, November 30, 1921 Old-time resident of Sivells Bend Died Undertaker Carroll today reported the death of Mrs. DRURY HUNTER, age 60, wife of J. D. HUNTER, which occurred Tuesday night at her home in the Sivells Bend community. Mrs. Hunter was one of the pioneers in that section. She is a daughter of ‘Uncle' SIM WEAVER, a well known Cooke County resident. Besides her husband, she is survived by several grown children and other relatives. The funeral was held Wednesday afternoon with interment in the family burial ground.
