Bio
Raymond Popelka died on May 27, 2007 (age 65) after a brave battle with brain cancer. A native Houstonian, Raymond was a graduate of St. Thomas High School and the University of St. Thomas. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Vietnam era. He then worked for 30 years in the banking industry. Raymond was an extremely kind and patient man, whose presence will be missed. His greatest joys came from spending time with his family, and his strong commitment to his Catholic faith.
