Dan Perry Stone, age 76 of Celina, Texas passed away on January 21, 2012. He was born on June 20, 1935 in Collin County to Ruby (Perry) and Carl Yates Stone. Dan was self-employed in the Insurance industry. Dan is survived by his two sons, Mike Stone and his wife, Norma of McKinney, Texas, Jeff Stone and his wife, Cristy of Weston, Texas; two grandchildren, Shawn Stone and Eric Stone; two sisters, Mary Ann Tolleson of Prosper, Texas and Betty Moore of Prosper, Texas; Nephew Dan Tolleson, Jr. of Prosper, Texas; niece, Penny Chenault of McKinney, Texas. Dan is preceded in death by his parents. A Funeral Service will be held at First Baptist Church of Celina on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 10:30 AM with Brother Dwight Maxson and Pastor Kevin Lykins officiating. Interment will follow at Old Celina Cemetery. A visitation will be held at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Celina on Monday, January 22, 2012 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Published in Dallas Morning News on January 23, 2012
