Janacek, 68, Dies Suddenly; Rites Set Friday Funeral services will be held here Friday morning for Joseph John Janacek,68-year-old Weimar farmer,who died Wednesday morning after a heart attack. Services will begin at Hubbard Funeral Home at 9:15 and continue at 9:30 at St. Michael's Church.Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery. Mr.Janacek,still actively farming,had become ill only Tuesday.Wednesday morning he came in for medical treatment and was stricken fatally while in the doctor's office.He had had a mild heart attack about two years ago. Born August 27,1886,at Ammannsville,the son of Mr. and Mrs.Frank Janacek,he spent all his life in the Weimar area.He married Miss Frances Rainosek at Bluff (now Hostyn) in 1911.He was a member of St. Michael's Church and the Knights of Columbus. Survivors in addition to his wife are one daughter,Mrs.Lee Earl Poppe,and two sons,Leon and Raymond E. Janacek,all of Weimar.All nine of his brothers and sisters preceded him in death.
