With Margaret Harrison Scott and Catherine Roberts Laubach OBITUARY: Press Enterprise, Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, Monday, November 21, 1983 Samuel F. Laubach, 93, of Stillwater R.D.1, died at 11:25 p.m. Saturday at the Grand View Health Home in Danville, where he had been a patient for three years. Born in Benton Township Aug. 13, 1890, he was the son of the late Scott and Catherine Roberts Laubach. He resided in Fishing Creek Township since 1918, and was a retired farmer. Mr. Laubach also owned and operated a school bus in Fishing Creek Township for more than 30 years. He was a member of the Berwick Seventh Day Adventist church. He was preceded in death by wives, the former Margaret Harrison, Sept. 18, 1963, and the former Millison F. Hartlein on Oct. 20. Surviving are two sons, John S. Laubach, New Symrna beach, Fla., and Samuel I. Laubach, Luray R.D.2, Va.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Funeral will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Dean W. Kriner Inc. Funeral Home, Benton, with his pastor, Elder Donald F. Ehrlich, officiating. Burial will be in Benton Cemetery.
