Ora, born to William Cox and Ida Susie Jane Jackson. Ora married Oliver Ernest Jones, then had four children. my great grandmother Obituary The Corsicana Daily Sun Monday, Jan 23, 1984 Ora Allie (Cox) Jones May 13, 1903 - Jan 22, 1984 Ora Jones MARLIN—Ora Jones, 80, died at a Marlin hospital Sunday. She was a former resident of Bazette. Service is 1 p.m. Tuesday at Adams Funeral Home here with the Rev. Thomas Bramlett officiating. Burila will be in Bazette Cemetery Tuesday afternoon. Mrs. Jones was born May 13, 1903, in Limestone County to W. P. Cox and Ida (Jackson) Cox-Sessions Cox. She married Oliver Ernest Jones married Dec. 1, 1917 in Bazette. He died in 1968. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge and of the First Assembly of God Church in Marlin. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Burnie Martin of Corsicana and Mrs. Louis Sisk of McKinney; one son, Gene Jones of Marlin; one foster son, Roger Dale McCoy; four brothers, W. D. Sessions and Isaac Jones of Marlin; Jack Sessions of McKinney; and Charlie Jones of Belton; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
