He was born in Movaria, Austria. He was first married to Apolenia Julia Dobry in 1891 in Rawkins, Kansas. He married second to Alice B. Dahnke daughter of Herman T. Dahnke and Hattie Maude Welch Dahnke on 19 Jan 1931 in Hitchcock County, NE Alice died on 1 Jan 1934. I haven't found Frank's date of death but it would be after he married Alice on 19 Jan 1931.
