Miscellaneous Iowa Obituaries SAVANNA, Ill. -- Services for Robert "Bob" Parrie Shamp, of Savanna, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Savanna Township Cemetery. Mr. Shamp died Monday, Nov. 2, 1998, at Big Meadows Nursing Home, Savanna. There will be no visitation. Law-Jones Funeral Home, Savanna, is in charge of arrangements. He was born Dec. 5, 1927, in Rushville, Mo. He married Geraldine Marsh in 1947 in Superior, Wyo. He worked as an operating engineer for Rein, Schultz and Dahl. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Francine Molitor, Clinton, Iowa, Barbara Patterson, Tunnel Hill, Ga., and Robin Green, Savanna; sons, David, Mauston, Wis., and Michael, Mount Carroll; 21 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
