NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- Terry L. Battle, 50, a medical collections manager, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2003, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 2 p.m. Tuesday, Laurel Land Memorial Chapel. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Memorials: American Cancer Society or a charity of choice. Terry was born Jan. 23, 1953, in Ada, Okla. He was a singer, songwriter and an excellent guitarist. He was a former member of the Texas Millionaire's Men's Barber Shop Chorus (formerly the Cowtown Chorus) and sang with the Six Flags Quartet. Terry was a member of Richland Hills United Methodist Church and he was an avid golfer. The family expresses special thanks to home health caregivers, Linda and Judy. Survivors: Wife, Sandra L. Battle of North Richland Hills; son, Charlie Lindsey Battle of Fort Worth; stepsons, Ty and Zach; parents, Leroy and Bobbie Battle of Fort Worth; brother, Lanny Battle and wife, Ruth of Fort Worth; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; and a host of friends.
