Never Married. ∼ From the Frankston Citizen --- Thursday, April 20, 1967 Foster Services Held Wednesday, Miss Mary Elizabeth Foster Miss Mary Elizabeth Foster, 89, died late Monday night in the Palestine Nursing Home. Funeral services were held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Muse Baptist Church with the Rev. Lunsford Hobson and the Rev. Orin Hill officiating. Burial was in the Muse Cemetery. Born in Louisiana, Miss Foster lived most of her life in Grapeland. She moved to Palestine two years ago and was a member of the Muse Baptist Church. Survivors include two nephews, Willard Foster of Grapeland and Russell Foster of Lake Charles, Louisiana; and nine nieces, Mrs. Lloyd Lively, Mrs. W. w. Ferrell, Mrs. Amos Caskey, Mrs. Jimmy Warren and Mrs. Ima Perry all of Palestine, Mrs. Lester Pierce of Tyler, Mrs. Noama Knick of Austin, Mrs. Charley Arney of Longview, and Mrs. Mattie Padeon of Houston.
