Hazel Catherine Adams Bird Baker, 87, of Springville, died Monday, April 4, 1988 in Salt Lake City. She was born June 20, 1900 in Monticello to Andrew Patterson and Harriett Emaline Adams . She married Wallace Othel Bird August 19, 1921 in Torrey. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Provo Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He died in 1973. She then married Clause Baker in California. They were later seperated. She is survived by three brothers and one sister: Nelson Adams, Fillmore; Dee Adams, Payson; Arvil Adams, Springville; Fauntell Bjarnson Baker, Midvale.
