Bio
Frances M. Sloan, born Frances Mary Sharshel, to LeRoy and Emma (Brent) Sharshel on Sept. 1, 1929, passed away Nov. 21, 2011. Frances grew up in New Port, Neb., on the family's farm. She moved to Pueblo, Colo., in May of 1952, and started working at the Pueblo Depot Activity at Fort Carson. While working there, she met and married Donald Sloan (1957). Frances' son, Lawrence K. Sloan was born July 6, 1958. She moved to Huachuca City, Ariz., with her son in 2010. Graveside service, noon Thursday, Jan. 4, 2012, Roselawn Cemetery. Friends and family are welcome to join us.
