Liberty Vindicator, Liberty, TX 18 Jun 1964 Last Rites Held for Nixon Fregia Funeral services for Nixon Fregia, 73, a lifelong resident of the Liberty area, were held Saturday from the Independent Pentecostal Tabernacle, with Rev. J.O. Hendricks and Rev. James Spece officiating. Burial was in the Fregia Cemetery. Fregia died at the family residence last Friday. A retired farmer, he was a veteran of World War I. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Lucille Fregia; three sons, Wilbur Junior, Lee Charles and Lonzo Fregia, all of Liberty; four daughters, Mrs. Florence Theresa Goodman, Daisetta, Mrs. Cordelia Mae Mitchell and Mrs. Mary Lucille Tousha, both of Liberty, and Mrs. Lula Mae Lewis, Houston; three brothers, Fred, Numa and Monroe, all of Liberty; two sisters Mrs. melina Boudro, Daisetta, Mrs. Elizabeth Fregia, Liberty, and 14 grandchildren. Pallbearers were Harold Tousha, Tommy Tousha, Ralph Nugent, Wilbur Nugent, F.J. Nugent and Benny Fregia.
