Bio

Gussy Tyler, the four-year old daughter of Bert Tyler, is very low with diphtheria. The boy is out of danger. Daily Republican (Decatur, Illinois), October 10, 1887, Page 3 The burial of little Gussie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bart S. Tyler, who died of diphtheria, took place last evening. The funeral services were conducted at the family residence by Rev. T. W. Pinkerton. A number of friends of the family were present. At the close of the service the body was taken to Greenwood for interment. Newt. Davis, Riley Pratt, W. T. Roberts and Ed. Judson served as pall-bearers.
