Ernestine Morrison (1932 - 2011) Ernestine Morrison, 79, passed away Monday, Dec. 19, 2011. Funeral: 9:30 a.m. Friday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: noon in Briar Creek Cemetery in Bowie. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home. Ernestine was born March 13, 1932, in Arapaho, Okla., to Mable and Ernest Upchurch. She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Morrison; and six brothers and sisters. Survivors: Daughters, Deborah Ackley and husband, Bill, Dianna Caldwell and companion, Wayne Anderton, and Brenda Wells and husband, Alan; son, John "Butch" Morrison and wife, Pam; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Ellen Munkers and husband, Ernie, Bobbie James and June Burton; and brother, Dale Upchurch and wife, Joann.
