Bio

Lisa R. Stewart Wilmoth 1962 - 2011 Lisa R. Stewart Wilmoth, 49, of Conroe died Monday December 12, 2011. Born in Dodge City, Kansas, Lisa was the oldest of Donald & Rita Stewart's six children. Lisa graduated from McCullough High School in 1981. Three years later she married Harper Lee Wilmoth. Harper & Lisa spent the next 27 years of marriage raising their three children Brandy Lynn, Angela Nicole, and Christopher Shawn. Beyond the duties of her home and family, Lisa was an active member of her church, community & local FFA Chapter. Lisa served as co-director for the St. Vincent de Paul Giving Tree Project where she dedicated countless hours to improving the lives of impoverished children. Lisa and Harper attended St. Anthony's Catholic Church in the Woodlands as well as St. Anne Catholic Church in Tomball, where she volunteered in the food pantry and served on the annual bazaar committee. Her yearly sponsorship of high school FFA student projects provided deserving children an opportunity to earn college scholarships, and her constant willingness to lend a hand will be greatly missed. Lisa was preceded in dead by her mother Rita Louise Heiman Stewart and her son Christopher Shawn Wilmoth. She leaves behind her husband Harper L Wilmoth; her daughter Brandy Lynn Cheatum and spouse Courtney Cheatum and their children Michael Blake (3) and Katelyn Renee (2) of Magnolia; her daughter Angela Nicole Wilmoth of Austin; her father Donald G. Stewart of Magnolia; her five siblings, Craig Stewart of Conroe, Mark Stewart Of Tomball, Brad Stewart Of Austin, Leslie Dechow of Conroe and Tim Stewart of Austin along with their spouses and nineteen nieces and nephews. A public viewing will be held at Klein Funeral Home in Tomball on Friday, December 16 beginning at 5pm. A rosary will follow the viewing at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anne Catholic Church on Saturday, December 17 at 10am with graveside services immediately following at Klein Memorial Park in Magnolia. The family will host a reception meal after burial in the gym at St. Anne Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Giving Tree Project. Contributions should be marked accordingly and mailed to 1111 South Cherry St., Tomball, Texas 77375 or delivered to the Capital One Bank in Tomball.
