Donald F. Arney, age 81, of Wahoo, Neb., died Dec. 17, 2011 at South Haven Living Center in Wahoo. Born Aug. 3, 1930 in Wahoo to John L. and Viola (Lineberry) Arney. Served in U.S. Army. Survived by wife, Bonita; daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Marvin Ourada, Prague, Neb.; sons and daughters-in-law, Donald Arney Jr., Michael and Kimberly Arney, all Wahoo, James and Michelle Arney, Tallahassee, Fla.; sons-in-law, Randy Abbott and Jim Slosser, both Wahoo; 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by sons, John and Raymond; daughters, Laurie Jensen and Kathy Abbott; grandsons, Randy Abbott, Jason Hutson; brothers, Bill, Robert, Earl and John Arney; sisters, Betty Hughes, Dorothy Hughes, Eva Dokulil. Funeral service Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011, 10:30 am, Svoboda Funeral Home, Wahoo. Interment Sunrise North Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday, 4-7 p.m. and one hour before service Thursday.
